Setting up your staff can be a very important step in setting up your shop and Point of Sale.
There are sensitive information that needs a layer of security but also allowing staff the appropriate access to perform their duties.
We have segmented the Features within Bizzfo so accommodate for custom profiles per user.
To access the User Access and Permissions, Navigate to Users from your Bizzfo Home screen:
From here, you want to select the “Access” Button to select the Staff Member and Manage their access levels:
Once in the access screen, you can select the staff member from the dropdown, select “View Access”, configure their access and save:
Any changes will immediately take effect. Take some time to look through the access options to familiarize yourself.
