The rule is simple: R450 for your first product, R400 for each one after that. Prices are per branch, per month, inclusive of VAT. Every new branch starts on a 15-day free trial with no credit card and no package chosen up front. You pick and change products yourself inside the Hive back office, and choose whether to be billed monthly, quarterly, every six months, or yearly.

How is your data handled?
- POPIA. Personal information is processed under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA on gov.za), and complaints can go to the Information Regulator. See our privacy policy.
- Hive AI channel. Claude or ChatGPT get read-only access to your own account over the open Model Context Protocol (MCP), signed in with a bearer token (IETF RFC 6750) you can revoke any time. Set up takes about 5 minutes.
