Standardizing App Button Layout with Bizzfo Hive #
To ensure consistency across devices and simplify button management, we recommend creating and managing app buttons in Bizzfo Hive.

Below is the guide on how to add and create buttons in the Hive and Importing it to Bizzfo Android POS (App)
Step 1: Log in to the Bizzfo Hive
- Visit hive.bizzfo.co.za and sign in using your credentials. (Username and Password).
Step 2: Go to Inventory Management
- On the Home screen, navigate to the Spanner Icon with title “Inventory”, or
- On the tool bar on the left side of the screen, go to the Briefcase Icon and click on “Manage”.
Step 3: Where the Magic Happens
- 1 – Navigate to POS Button Setup
- 2 – Click on Link Items
- 3 – Click on Add All Items
Step 4: Update Hive Buttons
- Once the above step is completed, go back to “Layout“
- Hit “Refresh“
- Select the items you would want a button created for
- Click on the Paper Plane Icon (Update Hive Buttons).
After the above steps were completed, Log in to the Bizzfo Android POS (App) and click on Setup
In the Setup Screen, select Import Buttons.
A pop up message will appear asking “Replace App POS buttons?“, which you then click YES and the newly created buttons in the Hive will then pull through on the app.
