Documents and Backups in the Hive

This article will walk you through how to locate and manage your documents and backups from the Hive.

Prerequisites:

How to do a Backup from the POS
How to do a Backup from the App
How to upload Documents to the Hive from the App

Now that you have the “How”, we will have a look at where they are stored.
Firstly, log into your Hive account and Navigate to “Documents”:

Once you are on the Documents screen, you can search for Documents, Download them and manage them. You will find your Backups stored here as well:

From here, you will see different document “Type” with your description sent from app.

Backups:

“Pos Data” will refer to the Backup from the App where “Database” will be the Backups from the POS.

If you want to download a document, you simply select it en click on the Cloud Download button.

You can use the Left pane to Set document Status, Document Type, Link it to Invoice numbers, Capture expenses ect.
