In the onboarding stage, one of the first steps after creating your Hive Account, is to create your own branch/branches (depending on whether you have multiple store locations).
Follow these steps below to set up your branch:
Step 1:
Navigate to your web browser (Google Chrome) and enter the following: https://hive.bizzfo.co.za/
Enter your details you have used upon signing up to log in
Step 2:
On the Home Screen of The Hive, navigate your cursor to the far right on the screen and select the “User” icon.
Step 3:
Once in the User screen, a side bar will be visible, where you will have to select “Branch” as seen below:
Step 4:
Once the screen opens, the following details must be entered as prompted on screen:
- Data branch name – Name the branch to the specific location (in case of multiple locations)
- GRV quantity Update – Here you decide whether you would want the Hive or the POS to govern (control) the stock quantity.
- POS Button Owner – Here you decide which branch will be the button owner (Normally the main branch in this case)
- Status – Here you can toggle between making the branch active or inactive.
- Charge VAT % – This is where you would enter the VAT percentage for the new branch
Once all the relevant information was entered, as per the above screen, you click on “Save” and the branch will be saved and can be accessible under the “Data Branch Name” at the top most drop down as seen on the screen above. This will allow you to toggle between the branches as need be.
You have now successfully created your branch/added a new branch to your EMPIRE!
