If you are Hive Governed and you would like to change settings on your end via The Hive, the following steps should be followed:
Step 1: Open The Hive and sign in with your details (hive.bizzfo.co.za).
Step 2: On the Home screen, navigate to the gears icon at the bottom of the tab on the far left (Settings button) and select “Terminals“.
Once in the “Terminals” screen, do the following:
Step 3: Navigate to “Program Options” at the top of the screen.
Hereafter, select the branch next to “Win POS Terminal Global Settings” and click on the refresh button next to it.
The settings will now populate and you will be able to change the settings as need be by using the drop down next to “Update Value” to Yes/No and hit “Save“.
You will now be able to change the program options as need be!
