There are two options when dealing with tips payouts. #
The settings will impact system on screen calculations.
These scenarios are
- Retain all tips within system calculations.
- In other words do not payout tips immediately
- Pay out tips immediately
- In other words, system will remove tips from calculations
Tip: If you want to prevent tips, activate this setting
The Tips Pay out setting is controlled via program options on this page #
Tips immediately paid out of cash on hand
Here is an example of when tips are immediately paid of out cash on hand. #
Note the impact on cash on hand
Looking at Tips summary, notice the comment and also the deduction from cash on hand
