No. Bizzfo Delivery is software for businesses that deliver with their own drivers. Bizzfo does not employ drivers or run a delivery service — we provide the picking, packing and driver-tracking tools.
What does Bizzfo Delivery do in the store?
It turns every online order into a pick list, lets your team mark it packed, and hands it to a driver or sets it aside for collection.
Can customers track their delivery?
Yes. Customers follow their order from packed, to on its way, to delivered — and you can see every driver while they are out on the road.
Do my drivers need special equipment?
No. Drivers use the Bizzfo Delivery app on their own phone.
Is this the same as WigzaGo?
Yes. Wigza Go is now Bizzfo Delivery. Drivers keep using the same app; only the name has moved under the Bizzfo brand.
