Photograph the menu.
The system does the rest

Most POS vendors send a consultant to capture your products. Bizzfo reads your menu, builds the catalogue, generates the modifiers and asks whether you want recipes tracked — before you have spoken to anyone.

From R199 per branch · 15-day free trial · No credit card required

The part that normally costs you a fortnight

Capturing a catalogue is the single most tedious job in switching POS, and the reason most vendors charge a setup fee.

📷

Photograph the pages

Snap each page of the printed menu and upload them together. It reads photos directly — no retyping, no template to fill in first.

📜

Or drop the file

PDF, Excel or CSV if you have one. Whatever you already have is the input.

🍳

Modifiers generated

Sizes, extras and options built per category, rather than you adding them one product at a time.

🥐

Recipes offered

It asks whether you want ingredient costs and recipes tracked, and sets that up too if you do.

You approve before it lands

It builds a draft. Nothing reaches your store until you have looked at it and said yes.

🕑

Then you are trading

No implementation date, no consultant, no capture fee.

AI where the tedium is, not where the judgement is

The useful test of AI in business software is whether it removes work you resent. These do.

🤖

AI Manager

A business assistant in your back office. Ask what sold badly last week instead of building a report to find out.

📷

Smart Capture

Supplier invoices read off the document and matched to your products, so stock and cost price update without anyone typing.

💬

AI support, then a person

AI answers first, so you get a reply on a Friday night. A South African human takes over when it matters.

📈

Suggestions

What to produce next, based on what actually sold rather than what you assume.

🔒

Nothing silent

Every AI step produces something you review. It drafts; you decide.

💰

Why the price works

Automating setup is a large part of why there is no setup fee and why R199 a branch is possible.

Questions about the AI

What does the AI actually do during setup?
You drop in a PDF, a spreadsheet, a CSV, or simply photograph each page of your printed menu — several pages at once is fine, and it reads photos directly. It extracts the products and prices, generates modifiers for each category, and asks whether you want ingredient costs and recipes tracked. You review everything, then import it into your store. That is the whole onboarding.
So there is no implementation consultant?
Correct, and that is deliberate. Most systems in this market quote you for setup because a person has to sit and capture your products. If the machine does that in a few minutes, the setup fee has nothing to charge for — which is a large part of why we can publish a price at all.
What is AI Manager?
A business assistant inside your back office. Rather than hunting through reports for what sold badly last Tuesday, you ask. It is the difference between having data and getting an answer.
Is support AI or human?
Both, and in that order. AI answers first, which means you get a reply at seven on a Friday evening rather than on Monday morning. When it is something a machine should not be deciding, a South African human takes it over on WhatsApp. We are not pretending a bot handles everything.
Does AI touch my live data without asking?
No. Onboarding builds a draft you review before anything is imported, and Smart Capture shows you the invoice lines it read before stock moves. Nothing goes live on the strength of the machine being confident.
Is the software itself built with AI?
Yes, heavily, and we would rather say so than be coy about it. It is why a small South African team ships a system with manufacturing, multi-branch publishing and invoice scanning in it, and still charges R199 a branch. Judge it the way you would judge any POS — run it free for fifteen days on your own products.

Snap the menu. See what comes back.

Fifteen days free on every branch. The onboarding is the demo — there is nothing to book.

An AI POS system should remove work rather than add a buzzword. In Bizzfo, AI Setup reads your menu or price list from a PDF, spreadsheet or photographs of the printed pages, extracts every product and price, generates modifiers for each category and offers to track ingredient costs and recipes, then imports the lot into your store once you approve it. Smart Capture reads supplier invoices off the document and matches the lines to your products. AI Manager is a business assistant you can ask about your own trading, and in-app AI support answers first with a South African team behind it. Cloud POS from R199 per branch per month with a 15-day free trial and no credit card required.
