Your till talks
to your books

Bizzfo integrates with Xero, so the takings you rang up during the month are not something anyone has to type in again at the end of it.

From R199 per branch · 15-day free trial · No credit card required

The work nobody counts as work

Point of sale and accounting have been separate systems for so long that re-typing between them stopped feeling like a problem. It is still a cost.

Re-keying a month of trading

Somebody sits down with a stack of reports and types them into the accounts. It takes hours and produces nothing new.

Transcription errors

Every manual capture is a chance to transpose a figure. You find out weeks later, when something will not reconcile.

🕔

Books that are always behind

If the accounts are only updated after month end, every decision you make during the month is made blind.

💰

Bookkeeping hours you pay for

Capture time is billable time. It is also the least valuable thing your bookkeeper could be doing.

📊

No way to check the two agree

When the till and the books are updated separately, a discrepancy has no trail. You cannot audit what was never linked.

🏢

Worse with every branch

One shop is tedious. Five shops is a job in itself, repeated every single month.

Sold in Bizzfo, accounted for in Xero

The till stays the till and Xero stays your accounting system. The connection between them means the data only gets entered once — when you sell.

🔄

One entry, not two

Ring up the sale. That is the capture. Your trading data reaches Xero without anyone typing it again.

📈

Books that keep up

Accounts that reflect trading as it happens, rather than a picture assembled a fortnight after the month closed.

🧾

Fewer places to go wrong

Removing the manual step removes the transposition errors that come with it, and the reconciliation hunt that follows.

🏢

Every branch, same way

Multi-branch operations run on per-store and consolidated reporting, so adding a shop does not add a month-end ritual.

💳

Card and cash together

Integrated card payments mean the terminal total and the till total agree at cash-up, before anything reaches the accounts.

📱

Nothing to install

Bizzfo runs in any modern browser and Xero runs in the cloud. There is no server sitting between them for you to maintain.

Xero questions, answered

Does Bizzfo integrate with Xero?
Yes. You connect it yourself from Settings → Integrations in your Bizzfo back office — authorise Xero once and the connection is live. If you run several branches you can map each branch to its own Xero organisation, so a group with separate entities per site posts to the right set of books automatically.
Do I still have to capture sales into Xero by hand?
No — avoiding that is the whole point of the integration. Manual capture is where errors creep in, where month end stretches into a second week, and where a bookkeeper’s hours quietly go.
Do I need my own Xero subscription?
Yes. Xero is a separate product with its own subscription, billed by Xero. Bizzfo connects to the Xero organisation you already have.
What if my accountant uses something other than Xero?
You still get full reports and data exports from the Bizzfo back office, which most bookkeepers are perfectly happy to work from. If a specific package is essential to you, ask us before you trial rather than after — we would rather tell you no early than waste your fortnight.
Does the integration work across multiple branches?
Yes, and this is where it earns its keep. Each branch can be mapped to its own Xero organisation, so groups running separate entities per site post to the correct books without anyone sorting it out afterwards. Bizzfo also runs per-store and consolidated reporting, and Publish to Locations pushes catalogue and pricing changes across every branch at once.
What does Bizzfo cost?
four plans from R199 to R1,650 per branch per month, published in full on our pricing page. Every new branch starts on a 15-day free trial with no credit card, no setup fee and no lock-in contract.

Stop typing your own takings in twice.

Fifteen days free on every branch. Connect it to Xero and see your own numbers land where they belong.

Choosing a POS system that integrates with Xero saves the one job nobody wants at month end: re-keying sales into the accounting package. Bizzfo is cloud point of sale for South African restaurants and retailers that integrates with Xero, so trading data reaches your books without manual capture. It runs in any browser with nothing to install, supports multi-branch operations with per-store and consolidated reporting, and starts at R199 per branch per month with a 15-day free trial and no credit card required.
